The Krasnoyarsk International Music Festival of the Asia-Pacific (APF) is one of the most important international cultural events in the Siberian and Far Eastern Federal Districts, as well as in the Asia-Pacific Region. The APF is held once in two years in June in the Krasnoyarsk region (Siberia, Russia). The APF is a multi-genre festival with the leading role of music. This multi-genre festival promotes the role of music as the only universal language, reflects the diversity of cultures of the Asia-Pacific region, and meets the needs of peoples by providing a wide range of choice. Musical art is presented by all genres: folk, classical music, pop music, electronic music, blues and jazz. Other types of art presented at the festival are choreography, fine and street art, video, cinema, and literature.
